Comp Training

This class is for those members with a good foundation of knowledge, skill and strength and a fire in their bellies for competing. This class will involve a greater volume of work, increased intensity, a higher level of skill and a greater need for commitment, to prepare the athletes for competition. If you are interested in being a part of the Competitors classes speak to one of the coaches.
