Gymnastic movements form a large part of CrossFit and though you will encounter these movements on a regular basis in our classes, the Gymnastic specific classes will give you more dedicated time to work on technique and that all important strength. These classes run in 8 week blocks to give plenty of time and focus to each of the movements, and will focus on one at a time such as pull ups, hand stand press ups or muscle ups.
Beginner, intermediate or advanced…we have the class for you. Learning the basics is key to mastering good movement, not to mention confidence building! And learning to move your body through space and throw some cool shapes is a lot of fun! So we have classes for both and everything in between.
