Weekly gymnastic classes for anyone wanting to master the basics or refine their existing skills.

Gymnastic Class

Gymnastic movements form a large part of CrossFit training and though you will encounter these movements on a regular basis, the Gymnastic courses will give you more dedicated time to work on technique and that all important strength. These courses will be run in six week blocks and will focus on one of the gymnastic movements such as pull ups, hand stand press ups and muscle ups. Commitment to completing the course is necessary to ensure progression.
