Focusing purely on the Olympic lifts our Weightlifting courses help athletes hone their skills, build confidence and increase their knowledge base. The 6 weeks courses look at 1 lift allowing time and focus necessary to work on technique, drills, positioning, form and mobility. These courses are suitable for all level and are open to members and non-members.
