If you answered yes to any of the above questions then we have just the thing for you…..our famous ‘Scale It Up – Strength in Numbers’ competition.

Why is it called Scale It Up?
In a nutshell its a scaled competition aimed at athletes with limited CrossFit experience. The movements are scaled but in the some of the workouts you will have the option to ‘scale it up’ choosing to take on a slightly more difficult movement or heavier weight to earn extra points for your team but if you don’t that’s completely cool too.

Why Strength in Numbers?
Because no one wants to be out on that dancefloor alone when you could be out there with your buddies. That’s what CrossFit is all about right? The suck, the gains, the high fives, the fun….. together!

How do I know its for me?
You like CrossFit right, you want your first or more competition experience, would want you a comp with a good vibe that’s well run, you have three other mates you know will want to be involved? Then this is 100% for you!
