Meg Harrison Coach
Hi, I’m Meg.
I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2015 and started coaching in 2019. I first trained at a gym near London and it only took me one session to fall in love with the sport. It’s the first ‘hobby’ I’ve ever been truly passionate about and that passion has grown exponentially since I joined Valesco in 2016. I love the variety of CrossFit, the community, the amount of food it allows you to eat(!) and the feeling at the end of a workout when you’re gasping for air but still managing to high-five your mates.
Inside the gym you’ll normally catch me with the morning crew but I occasionally make an evening appearance, usually to attend a weightlifting class for my guaranteed barbell time. Outside the gym I like to eat pizza, take naps and spend time with friends (the majority of whom come from Valesco!)
